A lost little piece of Winnipeg history—nearly a century old—hidden away on Balmoral Street. Osborne Place was a short street running between Osborne N. and Balmoral. It was renamed Whitehall Place in 1919, and was closed when the Great West Life Co. headquarters were built on Osborne in the late 1950s.
